ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFTOPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF DUKE ENERGY ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FT AGL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 295418N/0944212W AND THE DAISETTA /DAS/ VOR/DME 185 DEGREE RADIAL AT 17.3 NAUTICAL MILES.
