PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR NATURAL GAS LEAK WITH FIRE. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF LOUISIANA STATE PATROL/LT GARY LEBLANC ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 1000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 302334N/0913226W OR THE BATON ROUGE /BTR/ VORTAC 241 DEGREE RADIAL AT 13.9 NAUTICAL MILES. LOUISIANA STATE PATROL/ LT GARY LEBLANC, TELEPHONE 225-933-1027, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. HOUSTON /ZHU/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 281-230-5560, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
