Daniel Hulme Selected For NBAA Backed European Flight Attendant’s Committee

Managing Director Of Alison Price On Air Tapped As Vice-Chair Of The Panel

Daniel Hulme (pictured), Managing Director of executive jet in-flight dining provider Alison Price On Air, part of the Alison Price Group, has been selected to Vice-Chair a newly formed European Flight Attendant’s Committee which has the full backing of the NBAA and the EBAA. The Committee will hold its inaugural meeting during the NBAA convention in Orlando, Florida during October 30th – November 1st with the objectives of determining a road map for the committee’s activity in the EMEA region, resourcing funds to support the new group and selecting speakers and topics for the EBACE symposium to be held in Geneva in May 2013.

The Committee will be chaired by Paul Milverton, Cabin Crew Training and Safety Manager for leading UK-based business Gama Aviation Ltd. Paul and Daniel will be joined by representatives from European business jet charter operators, Flight Attendants and Flight Technicians.   The aim of the European committee is to mirror the highly successful annual Flight Attendant’s symposium backed by NBAA in the USA. Its goal is to represent the interests of European and Middle Eastern business aviation Flight Attendants in their roles as crew members aboard business aircraft and assist them in improving the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of business aircraft.

In addition to being Vice-Chair Daniel will represent all aspects of on-board catering utilising his extensive experience working with and training Flight Attendant’s in a catering capacity. Alison Price On Air spent nine months consulting with Flight Attendant’s prior to developing its award winning product. According to Hulme, the consultation process was integral to developing the product to the customers’ satisfaction.  Alison Price On Air recently completed the training of its 80th Flight Attendant as part of its on-going educational programme aimed at improving catering services in the skies.  The programme teaches Flight Attendant’s how to prepare food and present it utilising the Company’s unique system.

“I am delighted to have been selected to Vice-Chair and I’m very much looking forward to developing the vision that exists for supporting the Flight Attendants," said Daniel Hulme. "Often undervalued the Flight Attendant is the conduit between the client and our business, so to best understand our vision for food, and to strengthen our relationships with the client, it is crucial that they are well informed. The Committee plans to work closely with them and to garner support from the business aviation community to help them win the respect they rightly deserve.”
