PURSUANT TO 14 CFR 91.137(A)(1), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO AVALANCHE CONTROL. ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 12600 MSL WITHIN A 5 NM RADIUS OF 680747N/1492840W. REED BONSON, STATE OF ALASKA, (907)451-3047 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. FAIRBANKS AFSS /FAI/ 907-474-0388, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
