Jet Edge International Acquires JetSelect Aviation

Creates One Of The World’s Largest And Most Diverse Fleets Of Super Midsize And Large Cabin Aircraft

Jet Edge International has acquired Columbus, Ohio-based JetSelect Aviation to create one of the world’s largest and most diverse fleets of aircraft based throughout the United States. The acquisition will provide more elevated private jet charter options for consumers and corporations across the country as Jet Edge expands both east and west coast as well as midwest and central operations.

The acquisition marks a momentous deal in private aviation and strengthens the Jet Edge fleet to over 85 aircraft. The deal has expanded Jet Edge’s fleet of large-cabin and ultra-long range aircraft from Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, Boeing, and Embraer to include a bolstered offering in the super-midsize cabin class with new models of Challenger 350/300 aircraft. Heavy jet additions to the fleet include Challenger 604, Gulfstream G450, Falcon 900EX, and Global 5000 aircraft. Both organizations will immediately benefit from integrating the combined fleet into Jet Edge’s robust Charter platform with dedicated internal wholesale sales teams that leverage exclusive partnerships with industry leading Charter brokers. Jet Edge’s point-to-point Charter fleet will also now be offered by two complementary aircraft series, Bombardier Challenger and Gulfstream GIV/GV aircraft.

“We are thrilled to welcome the JetSelect Aviation aircraft owners, employees, and charter clients to Jet Edge,” noted Jet Edge CEO Bill Papariella. “Robert Austin has done an incredible job building an amazing team, a significant fleet of Bombardier series aircraft, and the infrastructure to support the new fleet diversification. We look forward to working together towards a very successful 2020 as this acquisition further solidifies Jet Edge as a world-class, end-to-end private aviation services platform.”

JetSelect Aviation will maintain Columbus-based operations and Jet Edge will retain all the existing team members as well as provide growth and advancement opportunities. Jet Edge will provide JetSelect Aviation aircraft owners access to its robust charter program and Jet Edge’s expanded fleet offering will benefit both companies’ private jet charter clients.

JetSelect Aviation’s aircraft fleet is strategically located throughout the Central and Eastern U.S. and expands Jet Edge’s domestic hub locations, reinforcing Jet Edge as a premier aviation services provider backed by the most expansive private jet fleet in the US. The acquisition emphasizes Jet Edge’s position as a leading company in private aviation and builds on its mission to provide a complete end-to-end aviation services solution for all private jet flyers, buyers, and aircraft owners worldwide.
