National Warbird Operator Conference Postponed Until 2022

The Pandemic Delays Yet Another Pivotal Aviation Gathering

They tell us that, "It’ll be worth the wait, we promise," that's the messages of the National Warbird Operator Conference as they delayed their upcoming 2021 event for an additional year.

"We didn’t want to, but the NWOC Crew made the very difficult decision to move our 2021 Conference to 2022.  Same fabulous location, and same last weekend in February, just a year later.  We know this is a disappointment, and it is for us too, because we look forward to seeing all of you at our Conferences. But with the uncertainties of the times, we felt the wise decision was to delay. Stay tuned for updates throughout 2021, and we hope you join us in Corpus Christi, Texas from February 24 – 27, 2022. It will be worth the wait."

It's a MAJOR warbird gathering... Founded in 1993, the annual NWOC event brings together warbird owners, operators, and museum directors to address particular events facing warbird owners and to discuss common goals related to the ever-changing economics, operations and regulations pertaining to flying ex-military aircraft.

NWOC focuses on the exchange of ideas and information concerning the safe operation and restoration of warbird aircraft. This unique educational conference offers programs to enhance pilot skill and knowledge, expand aircraft maintenance technician and restorer knowledge, develop awareness of medical and insurance facts, and address aircraft-specific topics to ensure continued flight for these unique historic aircraft. As one participant remarked, ” … we are not owners of these treasures, but rather caretakers who ensure that future generations can better understand history.”
