One Instructor Receives Master Designation In December

National Accreditation Recognized By The FAA

One instructor has renewed his Master Instructor designation in the month of December.

Master Instructors LLC said in a news release that Burton Loyal "Burt" Stevens, Master CFI of Woodbury CT renewed his Master CFI accreditation online.

Burt is a ground and flight instructor as well as president of the Oxford Flying Club at Oxford Airport (OXC) where he specializes in primary and advanced training.  He also serves as a FAASTeam representative in the FAA's Windsor Locks FSDO area.

Many of the most recent National Flight Instructors of the Year or National FAASTeam Representatives of the Year were Master CFIs. In addition, the FAA has approved the accreditation as an alternate means for CFIs to renew their flight instructor certificates.
