SoftekSim Tecnam P2002 Aircraft Simulator Achieves Certification

Exact Replica Of The P2002 Cockpit Developed By Latvian Company

EASA has certified the SoftekSim FNPT2 Flight Simulator for the Tecnam P2002.

Latvian based SoftekSim Ltd developed their P2002T single engine aircraft simulator to comply with EASA SC-FSTD FNPT II requirements.

Building on the sales success of its EASA certified Tecnam P2006T Twin aircraft simulator, SoftekSim’s P2002 aircraft simulator has been developed as a low cost solution to support Flight Training Organizations in particular.

An exact replica of the P2002 cabin and instrument panel, SoftekSim’s P2002 simulator features a high level of sophistication, replicating glass and analogue cockpit configurations and an enhanced video projection system and includes 6-DOF Motion platform as an optional extra.

The first two P2002 aircraft simulator are now in service with Russia based Chelavia and are already being used as part of its curriculum to train the next generation of Russia’s commercial airline pilots. Chelavia operate a fleet of over 60 Tecnam single and twin training aircraft and were the launch customer for SoftekSim’s P2006T Twin aircraft simulator.
