AGENCY ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 311747N/0903710W OR THE MC COMB /MCB/ VORTAC 266 DEGREE RADIAL AT 18.5 NAUTICAL MILES SAM WALSH MS. EMERGENCY MGMT. AGENCY TELEPHONE 601-249-9185 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. HOUSTON /ZHU/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 281-230-5560 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
