Aero-TV: Changing Of The Guard (Part1) - Redbird Flight Preps For The Future

The Company That Started With Ideas, and Changed the Role of Flight Simulation…

The Redbird Migration 2016 was a great success and the ANN crew was there to get all the details. In part 1 of our Redbird story, ANN CEO and Editor-In-Chief, Jim Campbell, covered a presentation given by the Owner of Redbird Flight Simulations, Jerry Gregoire, as he talked about the past 10 years of progress and his intention to step down from active participation in the products and services provided by the company.

Following the presentation, Jim sat down with Jerry Gregoire, Charlie Gregoire, who is assuming the role of President and COO, and Todd Willinger who will continue as the CEO.

We listen in as Jim talks with Jerry about the company and its progress over the last 10 years. It’s an amazing story of success, He then gives us a little insight as to what is next for him now that he’s freed up to move in other directions.

Todd Willinger gives his impressions of the last 10 years and how he plans to move the company forward. It’s an interesting discussion because he talks about what it’s like to grow from ideas, which morph into a production company, which now presents the stresses of operating a large business.

Charlie Gregoire also reminisces about the company’s past and says success is based on how you weather the bumps in the road. Once again, what Charlie has to say provides business insights that could be applied to any rapidly growing operation.

This video provides an interesting insight to how ideas change into a successful business.
