Bell Aircraft Museum Plans Sixth Annual 'Rotors Over Mentone'

Helicopters, Other Rotary-Wing Aircraft On Display At Northern Indiana Museum

The Lawrence D. Bell Aircraft Museum in Mentone, IN is planning its sixth annual "Rotors Over Mentone" event on September 12th starting at 10:00 a.m.

The museum is honoring women who have served their country in both times of war and peace at the event, according to its website.

Rotors Over Mentone will feature a variety of rotorcraft on static display, as well as the opportunity to catch a ride in a classic Huey helicopter. The day-long event will also mark the 40th anniversary of the The Lawrence D. Bell Aircraft Museum, according to the event flyer.

The event usually lasts until 3:00 or 4:00 p.m., according to the event Facebook page.
