CEO Says Former FAA Administrator Will Be 'A Driving Force Behind Our Growth'
Drone Safety Systems company, ParaZero Technologies Ltd has appointed former FAA Administrator Michael Huerta to its advisory board.
This represents a landmark achievement for ParaZero as Huerta holds over three decades of senior and executive management experience in the technology and aviation innovation industries. He most recently held the position of Administrator at the USA's Federal Aviation Administration having been nominated for this position by President Barack Obama. Prior to this, he served as FAA Deputy Administrator. The FAA is responsible for the safety of the USA's aviation industry and the operations of the National Airspace System. The agency has a US$16 billion budget and 45,000 employees.
Prior to leading the FAA, Huerta was Group President of the Transportation Solutions Group of Affiliated Computer Services. He has held senior positions at the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Port of San Francisco and the New York City Department of Ports, International Trade and Commerce.
