U.K.-Ireland FBO Network Eyes International Expansion
Weston Aviation, the U.K. and Ireland-based aviation services specialist, has reimagined itself, launching a new brand identity to be introduced throughout the company’s FBO network.
The new branding, to be made public in May 2023, is intended to support the planned expansion of the company’s portfolio of services in support of its broadened international ambitions.
Founded in 1995, Weston Aviation has evolved into the U.K.'s and Ireland’s second-largest FBO network.
The company’s 2023 objectives comprise primarily international expansion and the challenges and rewards inherent thereto.
Weston Aviation founder and CEO Nick Weston stated: “The existing branding is now 15 years old and we felt that the look and feel needed updating but also wanted something strong and clear that would take us into the next 15 years of our journey. As Weston Aviation is now such a diverse service provider, offering services from FBO facilities and handling, passenger and cargo aircraft charter, fuel services, hangarage, network partnerships and consultancy, we needed a branding that would cover all areas of the business.”
Currently, Weston Aviation operates five owned FBO locations at Cornwall Airport Newquay (NQY); Gloucestershire Airport (GLO); Humberside Airport (HUY); Manchester Airport (MAN); and Ireland’s Cork Airport (ORK). In addition to its FBO network, Weston Aviation provides cargo and private jet charter sales, worldwide fuel services, passenger and cargo brokerage, and hangar facilities at Gloucestershire and Cork Airport. What’s more, the company recently launched its own airport network consultancy for purpose of helping other airports and FBO providers develop and grow their respective businesses.
