FDC 6/5426 ZMP WI.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS 10 SE GREEN BAY, WI. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 5.0 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 442817N/0875940W OR THE GREEN BAY /GRB/ VORTAC 119 DEGREE RADIAL AT 9.9 NAUTICAL MILES. TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION, TELEPHONE 920-246-2550, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. MINNEAPOLIS ARTCC, 651-463-5580, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
