Careers In Aviation Announces $5,000 Donation From Flightline Group

Half Of Funds Will Go Towards Scholarship

Careers in Aviation announced this week the organization has received a generous $5,000 donation from the Flightline Group, Inc. The donation will assist in general support for the organization -- and more importantly, toward the establishment of a Flightline Group, Inc. Scholarship.

The $2,500 scholarship is designated for a potential or current student pursuing a career in aviation, who expresses a need for financial support to complete training or education.

"We are pleased to have the opportunity to contribute to Careers in Aviation," said C. Daniel Langston, Flightline Group president. "At Flightline Group, we look to partner with organizations who support individuals who dream of a future in aviation. We are proud that the Flightline Group Scholarship will assist a bright, hardworking, and determined person to realize his or her dreams of flight or aspirations of other aviation-oriented career paths."

Careers in Aviation advances aerospace education and employment by fostering scholarships, by connecting students with available assistance, and by encouraging the aviation industry, professional associations, government agencies, and the educational community to work together effectively supporting aviation and space career development programs.
