Registration Open For Redbird Migration Conference

Event Scheduled For October 28-29 In San Marcos, TX

Registration is now open for the 4th annual Migration Conference, hosted by Redbird. The conference will be held at the Redbird Skyport, San Marcos Municipal Airport (KHYI) in San Marcos, Texas October 28th - 29th.

Redbird founder and chairman Jerry Gregoire says the Redbird Skyport is a privately funded, public laboratory dedicated to researching methods that improve the effectiveness and economics of flight training with the ultimate goal of revitalizing our industry and ensuring its future well-being. The Skyport laboratory is available to every company or organization with a project that meets the laboratory’s objectives and all of the resulting research and data are available to any individual or organization that requests it.

Four of the most interesting and compelling projects currently underway, from both a technical and purely economic perspective are the development of experiential learning in simulators via interactive gaming, the “connected” airplane, the all diesel training fleet, and the use of motion simulation to reduce primary helicopter training times.
