PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 324934N/0795849W THE CHARLESTON /CHS/ VORTAC 150 DEGREE RADIAL AT 5 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT CLEANUP. THE U.S. AIRFORCE 843-963-3024 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. ANDERSON /AND/ AFSS 864-224-8101 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
