Dassault Announces 2020 Falcon Regional M&O Seminars Schedule

Sessions Will Begin In Paris In April

Dassault’s 2020 Falcon Maintenance & Operations (M&O) seminars will kick off April 1 in Paris and tour eight cities in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

Dassault welcomed more than 1,800 attendees to the 2019 M&O seminar series, a sign of its informational value. “We help our customers operate more efficiently and effectively, said Jean Kayanakis, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service and Service Center Network. “At these events, we develop those face-to-face connections that improve customer interactions throughout the year.”

In addition to the usual technical sessions, Kayanakis and his senior team will provide an update on service center expansion, and the company’s strategy of increasing capacity and moving service closer to its global customer base. In 2019, the company acquired major operations in Europe, Africa, The Middle East and Asia, adding nearly 1,000 service professionals in 17 locations. These include facilities at TAG Maintenance Services and ExecuJet MRO Services.

Kayanakis emphasized that the flow of information at a Falcon M&O seminar is a two-way street.  “These seminars provide crucial feedback that allows us to continuously improve the Falcon customer experience.”

Model-specific and general technical sessions are interactive, covering topics ranging from troubleshooting to reliability improvements and STC updates. Dedicated pilot sessions, led by the Falcon Pilot Support team, keep flight crews abreast of the latest developments in flight operations.

As in previous editions, the 2020 M&O series will provide in-depth information on Dassault’s latest products and services. Paris and Dallas seminars will also have more information and participation opportunities for operators of Classic Falcon aircraft, including the Falcon 10, Falcon 20 and Falcon 50.
