PSA Flight Attendants Ratify Contract

Five-Year Pact Includes Pay Increases, 'Quality Of Life' Enhancement

PSA Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), have ratified a five-year agreement that includes pay increases and quality of life enhancements for the over 300 Flight Attendants. PSA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of US Airways Group, and operates as a US Airways Express carrier.

"This new agreement provides improvements for PSA Flight Attendants and our families. Ratification of this new contract secures a better future for all PSA Flight Attendants in recognition of our significant contributions to PSA and the US Airways network. Through job security protections and potential growth, we have great hope for the opportunities before us," said L.C. Acor, AFA PSA President. "PSA Flight Attendants took ownership of our future by standing together throughout the negotiations and generated the power to achieve these improvements."

"Since negotiations began, Flight Attendants have remained adamant that our role as first responders be recognized and that any agreement ensures our future success as an airline," added Acor. "We achieved our goal."
