Midwest Schedulers & Dispatchers Group At It Again

Meeting on October 20th

The Midwest Schedulers & Dispatchers Group is holding their next meeting on October 20th, 2005 in Waukegan, IL. The group is welcoming all members and non-members alike to enjoy an evening of networking, dinner and a presentation by Universal Weather and Aviation on International Customs and Handling.

“This will be a great presentation for anyone with an active role in the coordination of international flights within the corporate flight department.” stated the group’s Chairman, Kandi Spangler. “With the recent changes occurring in places like Canada and Europe to name a few, every scheduler, dispatcher and flight coordinator should be at this event”.

The presentation will be given by Universal’s Seminar Presenter, Fred Towers, who has over 25 years of experience in aircraft operations. Towers’ involvement and expertise within the field has been evident as a member of the NBAA’s Schedulers and Dispatchers Committee and as the Chairman of the International Operators Committee.

The event will begin promptly at 1830 and run for approximately two hours.

The Midwest Schedulers & Dispatchers Group is a nonprofit organization created to provide an interface among aviation professionals and their supporting companies. Members meet twice annually and there is no cost to join. Membership mostly encompasses professionals in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Missouri, but is open to anyone nationwide.
