ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF CH2M-HILL ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 180825N/0651815W THE SAN JUAN /SJU/ VORTAC 120 DEGREE RADIAL AT 43 NAUTICAL MILES. CH2M-HILL 757-671-8311 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. SAN JUAN CERAP 787-253-8664 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
