PURSUANT TO TITLE 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA DEFINED BY THE FOLLOWING FIXES: FROM THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 184 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26 NAUTICAL MILES, 301100N/0880800W TO THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 204 RADIAL AT 12 NAUTICAL MILES, 302600N/088100W, TO THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 093 DEGREE RADIAL AT 52 NAUTICAL MILES, 303000N/0870300W, TO THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 103 DEGREE RADIAL AT 57 NAUTICAL MILES, 301900N/0870000W, AT AND BELOW 3500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR HURRICANE IVAN DISASTER RELIEF ACTIVITIES. THE AVIATION CENTRAL UNIT FOR HURRICANE IVAN (FEMA ARCC) VHF FREQ 122.925/PHONE 503-803-3760, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES.
