AvWorks Planning New Strategic Alliance

Will Team With Florida Cargo Company To Establish Caribbean, Latin American Presence

AvWorks Aviation is planning a strategic alliance with a Florida-based specialized air cargo company. Details of the terms of the alliance will be disclosed in the Management Advisory Agreement the Company intends to enter into with the air cargo company.

AvWorks CEO Joel Young states, "This new venture provides an opportunity to establish a corporate presence in the Caribbean and Latin America, expand our parts and components division, and broaden our FAA certifications, while providing potential new revenue streams through a strategic alliance. This is an enormous growth opportunity for AvWorks."

AvWorks Aviation is a diversified aviation and aerospace Company that operates across multiple sectors and services; including supply chain support, maintenance, asset management, dismantling, specialty supply, technical data and aircraft fleet solutions.
