AIRCRAFT OPERATING WITHIN THE 10 NMR AREA. B. PROCEDURES FOR
AIRCRAFT OPERATING WITHIN THE AREA DESCRIBED ABOVE FROM 10 NMR TO
30 NMR: 1. ALL AIRCRAFT ENTERING OR EXITING THE 30 NMR TFR SHALL BE
ON AN ACTIVE IFR OR VFR FLIGHT PLAN, FILED WITH AN AFSS (NO DUATS
FLIGHT PLANS) 2. ALL AIRCRAFT SHALL OBTAIN A DISCRETE BEACON CODE
FROM AN ATC FACILITY AND BE SQUAWKING THE DISCRETE CODE PRIOR TO
DEPARTURE AND AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE TFR. 3. ALL AIRCRAFT
ENTERING OR EXITING THE 30 NMR TFR MUST REMAIN IN TWO-WAY RADIO

GLIDER OPERATIONS, PARACHUTE OPERATIONS, ULTRALIGHT, HANG GLIDING,
BALLOON OPERATIONS, AGRICULTURE/CROP DUSTING, FISH SPOTTERS, ANIMAL
POPULATION CONTROL FLIGHT OPERATIONS, BANNER TOWING OPERATIONS,
NEWS MEDIA, TRAFFIC REPORTING, AND UTILITY LINE/PIPELINE INSPECTION
FLIGHTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. 6. COMMERCIAL CARGO CARRIER OPERATIONS
THAT FAIL TO MEET OR EXCEED THE TSAS DOMESTIC SECURITY INTEGRATION
PROGRAM STANDARDS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. 7. ALL EMERGENCY MEDICAL
FLIGHT OPERATIONS SHALL BE COORDINATED IN ADVANCE WITH THE FAA,
THROUGH BOSTON MEDFLIGHT, AT 800-233-8998, TO AVOID POTENTIAL
DELAYS. C. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATORS CHECK
NOTAMS FREQUENTLY FOR POSSIBLE CHANGES TO THIS TFR PRIOR TO
