Voyageur Aviation Establishes Voyageur Avparts Inc

Aviation Supply Chain Services Company For Regional Airlines

Voyageur Aviation Corp has announced the establishment of a new subsidiary - Voyageur Avparts Inc., a company specializing in a wide range of regional aircraft supply chain services. Voyageur Avparts serves airlines, maintenance organizations, leasing companies, and other aviation-related companies in the provisioning of aircraft parts, inventory management, inventory consignment services, component repair and overhaul, and aircraft disassembly management.

"The experienced staff of Voyageur Avparts has earned a strong reputation for provisioning aircraft parts in the regional aircraft market, particularly in the Bombardier Dash 8 and CRJ product line. The establishment of this new company demonstrates our commitment to grow our aircraft part sales, support and management business," commented Max Shapiro, President of Voyageur Aviation Corp.

Voyageur Avparts now joins Voyageur Airways and Voyageur Aerotech in the group of companies under the umbrella of Voyageur Aviation Corp. The group provides customized contract flying services, specialized maintenance, design and engineering services, and global aviation supply chain services. Headquartered in North Bay, Ontario, Canada, Voyageur operates from its 200,000 square foot head office and maintenance facility.
