Sikorsky Global Helicopters Delivers S-300C To Superior Flight School

2nd Sikorsky for the Atlanta School

Sikorsky Global Helicopters recently delivered an S-300C helicopter to Superior Flight School of Greater Atlanta. The new helicopter will be used for flight training as the second Sikorsky Global Helicopters aircraft in the company's fleet. Best known for fixed wing training, Superior recently introduced rotary wing training to its program.

Superior Flight School will operate the new helicopter as a lease-back from a private owner. The company already leases an S-300CB helicopter and plans to add a second S-300C helicopter to its fleet in the near future.

"Operating 300 Series helicopters will give us a competitive advantage in the marketplace," said Joe Gravalec, general manager and co-owner of Superior Flight School. "We have waited for the right time to introduce helicopter training and are looking forward to growing the new program."

The S-300C helicopter is known for its versatility in a broad range of operations, from law enforcement and utility patrol to lift operations. With its 950-pound useful load, the S-300C helicopter combines maneuverability with endurance at an economical price.
