Aero Fluid Gains Pole Position in Boeing Premier Bidder Program

Finish Supplier Gets an 'Attaboy' from Biggest Name in US Aviation

Aero Fluid Power was selected under Boeing's Premier Bidder Program, recognizing its "consistently high-performing suppliers" with a nice little title and preferential treatment.

The Premier Bidder Program aims to 'strengthen Boeing's commitment to first-pass quality', granting selected recipients improved visibility towards upcoming bids, additional weight in proposal consideration, and access to exclusive supplier events with the manufacturer. The Aerox Fluid Power team got the nod for its work in the 767 Tanker program and a handful of similar ventures for Boeing Commercial Aircraft and Boeing Distribution. So far, more than 130 entities have joined the Program, each supposedly having met sustained quality indicators for delivery, performance, and consistency.

“We are proud to be a supplier to Boeing Commercial Airplanes, and even prouder of their recognition of our performance as a supplier,” said Scott Ashton, president of Aerox Fluid Power and owner of the Aerox Aerospace Group. “The entire Aerox team recognizes the importance of Boeing as a customer and this achievement reinforces our commitment to perform in the future.”

Aerox Fluid Powers is a sister company to similarly named operations under the Aerox Aerospace Group, Aero Aviation Oxygen Systems, and SkyOx. Those ventures specialize in providing O2 masks to just about every aircraft manufacturer and market around, from military and civilian to enterprise and passenger craft.
