FEET MSL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 402000N/1113114W OR THE
FAIRFIELD /FFU/ VORTAC 64 DEGREE RADIAL AT 19.5 NAUTICAL MILES UDOT
