What seems like a good idea for real estate brokers and property buyers is not going to be allowed by the FAA.
The nation's largest residential real estate brokerage group has advised its members not only to stop flying UAVs to get video and aerial images of their listings ... but also to stop using images and video they have already obtained, even from outside sources. The KidVenture area at EAA AirVenture 2014 celebrated its 16th year with record numbers of attendance and volunteer hours. Numbers were so significant that KidVenture volunteers ran out of project materials and had to dip into next year’s materials to keep things running. The Aeronautical Repair Station Association (ARSA) is less than enthusiastic about the FAA's changes in repair station regulations under 14 CFR part 145 announced last Tuesday.
