Eagle Creek Brings Home The Gold At Twin Commander Symposium

Honors Include the 2009 Service Center Of The Year Gold Award

Eagle Creek Aviation Services, a provider of Twin Commander aircraft sales, service and refurbishments announced that it has received the Gold Award for 2009 Service Center of the Year. The award represents one of the highest levels of recognition at the recent Twin Commander Service Center Symposium. The Symposium was held in Oklahoma City with the Service Center of the Year Award being presented during the dinner session Monday, May 17.

Three members of the Eagle Creek staff also received awards:

  • Dan Smock was given the Grand Renaissance Award for exceeding customer expectations and serving the Twin Commander fleet with integrity and zeal.
  • Mike Grabbe received the Outstanding Technical Support Award for outstanding support and leadership of the Twin Commander aircraft fleet.
  • Penny Lowe earned the Parts Support Award for outstanding support and leadership of the Twin Commander aircraft fleet.

I'm incredibly proud of our whole team," said Eagle Creek CEO Matt Hagans, "and especially of Dan, Mike and Penny. It's gratifying to see their hard work recognized by the Twin Commander community."

Mr. Hagans also served as a presenter and panelist at the Symposium on two topics, "The State of the Twin Commander Fleet" and "The Twin Commander Grand Renaissance program."
