New Director of Operations at Wilmington Dassault Falcon Center

Wilmington's (DFJ-W) Service Center is beefing up its management team with the recent addition of T.J. Reeves as Director of Operations. In his new role, Reeves will be responsible for aircraft maintenance and modifications including paint, cabinets, upholstery and avionics.

"TJ comes to us with a broad base of experience, which will benefit our customers tremendously," said Jack Young, president of DFJ-W. "His exceptional skills in program management and leadership will be an important asset as we expand operations at Wilmington."

Reeves was most recently a Program Manager at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he supervised an engineering support team consisting of 200 employees. His team provided research, development, test and evaluation engineering support services for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aircraft, aircraft missile systems, and precision-guided munitions, generating an annual revenue of $20 million. Prior to SAIC, Reeves spent over 20 years in the United States Marine Corps as an aviation maintenance engineer. He culminated his career with a two-year assignment as the Commanding Officer of Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 39, where he managed up to 850 aviation maintenance employees supporting over 200 aircraft, with an annual budget of $42 million.
