Airline Industry Seeks Feedback From Passengers

New Online Survey To Measure Customer Service

With the summer travel season approaching, the airlines are soliciting input from passengers regarding their experiences with air travel. The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) says feedback is important and can be submitted in an online survey requiring just a few minutes to complete. Passengers are encouraged to fill out the Passenger Choice Awards survey  and speak up about their last trip.

"The Passenger Choice Awards provides a platform for passengers to determine which airline is the best in the industry," said Dominic Green, Chairman of the APEX Awards Committee.  "The passengers - the people who fly every day for both business and pleasure - are whose opinions matter most and will ultimately help us judge the awards."

The Annual Passenger Choice Awards were launched to give customers an opportunity for direct feedback on all aspects of the flight: in-flight publications, connectivity and communications, food and beverage, informational videos and entertainment, cabin ambiance and pre-departure experience. APEX introduced a new survey format this year, and travelers can participate in the survey multiple times throughout the year; every flight experience counts. Winners are announced at the Awards Ceremony at the APEX EXPO, which will be held in Long Beach, CA, September 17-20.
