PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 603000N/1502700W OR THE KENAI (ENA) VOR/DME 082 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 602100N/1502700W OR THE KENAI (ENA) VOR/DME 101 DEGREE RADIAL AT 27.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO THEN TO 602100N/1503700W OR THE KENAI (ENA) VOR/DME 108 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 602900N/1503700W OR THE KENAI (ENA) VOR/DME 090 DEGREE RADIAL AT 18.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIREFIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
