North American Aerobatic Team Moves on From Aeroshell

Titan Aviation Fuels to Serve as Title Sponsor for T-6 Texan Team

The North American Aerobatic Team will be parting ways with AeroShell after 2 decades of sponsorship, with all-new livery, uniforms, and promotional materials to be produced for the 2024 season and beyond.

The team has long been associated with AeroShell in the public eye, to the extent that few of the youth today may even recognize their "North American Aerobatic Team" moniker. But Titan Aviation Fuels proved to be the title sponsors this time around, and there's no bad blood between the former partners.

Team co-founder Steve Gustafson said that the shift wasn't emblematic of any problems, describing the former sponsor with high praise. "AeroShell has been a wonderful sponsor and absolutely awesome to work with all these years," he said. "We have nothing but great things to say about their support, their products, and all the good people that represent them around the world. It’s been a wonderful relationship, and I’m proud to say we’re parting on good terms.”

Titan is similarly pumped to see their brand sprinting through the skies. “Having our brand associated with this team is a perfect match,” said Buddy Stallings, Chairman of Titan Aviation Fuels. “These ‘gentlemen pilots’ represent all the qualities we want to promote at TITAN – precision operations, a high-quality product, professional service, and extraordinary work ethic. We’re thrilled to be flying with them!”
