Crossbow Announces Upgrade Program for NAV425EX-200 and NAV420CA-200

Crossbow has successfully completed extensive laboratory and flight validation testing of the solution that corrects the NAV425EX-200 and NAV420CA-200 AHRS field issues identified in previous service letters posted on their website.

Crossbow is now ready to provide a hardware and software upgrade for existing NAV420CA-200 customers, and NAV425EX-200 customers who purchased units from Direct-To-Avionics.

All NAV425EX-200 and NAV420CA-200 upgrades will be coordinated directly by Crossbow’s customer service department. To request your return material authorization number (RMA number), please call 408-965-3300 and ask for customer service, or email our customer service department at techsupport@xbow.com.

Crossbow will provide the upgrade program free of charge to customers with a valid RMA number. Please do not ship your NAV425EX-200 or NAV420CA-200 to Crossbow without an RMA number. All NAV425EX-200 and NAV420CA-200 upgrade requests must be submitted by Dec 15th, 2006.

Upgraded NAV425EX-200 and NAV420CA-200 units will be returned to customers with Crossbow’s standard one-year warranty.

Crossbow apologizes for the inconvenience caused by the intermittent field issues experienced in the NAV425EX-200 and NAV420CA-200, and offers a full commitment to completing the upgrade program as quickly as possible.
