PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 15 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 645600N/1411100W OR BIG DELTA /BIG/ VORTAC 035 DEGREE RADIAL AT 120 NAUTICAL MILES, EXCLUDING AIRSPACE EAST OF 141W, AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING. B.L.M.-AFS, BRUCE AMSBARY TELEPHONE 907-356-5555, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. FAIBANKS /FAI/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 907-474-0917, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
