Training And Support Services Are The Newly-Acquired Company's
Core Business
Middle-market private equity firm J.F. Lehman & Company
("J.F. Lehman"), said Thursday it has acquired Doss Aviation, Inc.
("Doss Aviation"), a provider of aviation support services
primarily to the U.S. military and other government customers. The
Company's services include the initial flight screening and
training of traditional fixed-wing and remotely piloted aircraft
aircrews, aircraft maintenance at military bases throughout the
U.S., and the management of airfield and other base logistics at
military installations around the world. Headquartered in Colorado
Springs, CO, Doss Aviation has approximately 500 full-time
employees and maintains a presence at 14 sites worldwide.

Debt financing for the transaction was arranged by BNP Paribas,
Abacus Finance Group LLC and Babson Capital Management LLC. Jones
Day provided legal counsel to J.F. Lehman & Company. Blank Rome
advised in the area of government contracting and import / export
compliance.
