AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 10NM RADIUS OF THE LAS VEGAS VORTAC /LAS/ 360449N/1150908W BELOW FL180. LAW ENFORCEMENT, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, MEDEVAC AND REGULARLY SCHEDULED COMMERICAL PASSENGER AND CARGO AIRCRAFT THAT MEET OR EXCEED THE TSAS DOMESTIC SECURITY INSPECTION PROGRAM STANDARDS AND/ARE ARRIVING INTO AND/ARE DEPARTING FROM 14 CFR PART 139 AIRPORTS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS TFR. PART II. BEGINNING AT 360711N/1144501W OR THE LAS 068 DEGREE RADIAL AT 20NM TO 360746N/1143852W THEN SOUTH ALONG A 25NM ARC OF THE LAS VEGAS VORTAC TO 355419N/1144137 THEN NORTHWEST ALONG THE LAS 100 DEGREE RADIAL TO 355618N/1144712W THEN CLOCKWISE ALONG A 20NM ARC TO POINT OF BEGINNING. AIRCRAFT BELOW FL180 SHALL BE SQUAWKING AN ATC ASSIGNED DISCRETE BEACON CODE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE AND AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE TFR. ALL AIRCRAFT ENTERING OR EXITING THE TFR MUST REMAIN IN TWO-WAY RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITH ATC. ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATING WITHIN THE TFR AND OPERATING AT ALTITUDES OF UP TO FL180 ARE LIMITED TO AIRCRAFT ARRIVING OR END PART 1 OF 2
