Joint Venture Serves Both Corporate Members and Aviators
The Professional Aircraft
Maintenance Association (PAMA), the voice of the aviation
maintenance community, and Jet Professionals, a premier aviation
staffing company and a division of Jet Aviation, announced at NBAA
a joint venture designed to deliver professional staffing solutions
to PAMA members - both corporate and individual.
Brian Finnegan, President of PAMA, announced that "The new
arrangement will serve both our corporate members and potential
maintenance and engineering professionals and other technical staff
candidates, as well as aviation personnel currently employed
through Jet Professionals on a regular basis. By virtue of this
relationship with Jet Professionals we can now provide our
corporate members and maintenance departments with a comprehensive
range of services - candidate searches, back-shop support, risk
management, and employee benefit and employment law consulting
services."
"We are delighted to be able to deliver tailored staffing
solutions to members of the peak industry body representing the
interests of both aircraft maintenance employers and staff
members," said Linda Herzog, Vice President of Jet Professionals.
"Staff candidates are able to upload their resumes and update their
information at any time, and PAMA member aviation employers can
take advantage of Jet Professionals technology to submit job
postings."
The joint program will be launched on January 1. By providing
common access to their websites, PAMA and Jet Professionals will
offer potential candidates the opportunity to upload their resumes
for consideration and search through current job postings - updated
daily in the Career Center.
