Cessna Looks To Build Relationships With Citation Owners

Customer Conference Goal Is To Strengthen Owner, Company Connections

Cessna plans to hold a Citation Customer Conference April 26-28, 2010, to broaden the company's relationships with aircraft owners, operators and suppliers. "Cessna Keeps You Connected," the 2010 Citation Customer Conference, will be held at the Hyatt Regency and Century II Convention Center in Wichita, KS. The conference theme is meant to reinforce connections forged between customers, suppliers, and Cessna personnel, including Cessna senior leadership.

"This will be an especially important gathering for the Cessna family since the event was on hiatus last year," says Mark Paolucci, senior vice president of Cessna Customer Service. "We have an informative and valuable series of sessions planned for 2010 and we are looking forward to a good attendance from the Citation community."

The event provides opportunities to exchange ideas with other Citation pilots, maintenance directors and operators. Many of the sessions have question and answer formats so Cessna and Cessna customers get an opportunity to learn in a collegial environment, Paolucci said.

Richard Rhodes, Maintenance Manager for Murphy Oil Company, who participated in the last Citation Customer Conference, said, "It gives a great opportunity for face-to-face communication. I like to hear other operators' issues, and hear first-hand what those issues are."

Guest speakers at this year's event are aviation celebrity and world aviation record-holder Dick Rutan and Cessna Citation CJ pilot and NASCAR driver Carl Edwards.
