Air Taxi Travelers Can Have a Rental Car Waiting for Them When
They Arrive at Their Destinations
Passengers of
innovative SATSair’s air taxi service will soon be able to
expect more than just convenient, cost-effective and hassle-free
flight transportation. As of October 1, they can have an Avis
or Budget rental car waiting for them when they land.
To enhance customer service, SATsair has developed the new
program with Avis Budget Group, parent company of Avis Rent A Car
and Budget Rent A Car. The move will streamline the scheduling
process by creating a standardized auto rental service at the
airports SATSair services.
“One of our priorities is making sure our passengers get
to their destinations on time,” said Phil Quist,
SATSair’s Vice President of Business Systems. “We know
their travel doesn’t end at the airport, which is why
we’re now working with Avis and Budget to provide premium,
reliable ground transportation that will take our passengers the
rest of the way.”
“Having a car ready to go when you land is a real benefit
for busy travelers,” said Kaye Ceille, Vice President of
Travel and Partnership Sales for Avis Budget Group.
“We’re proud to be working with SATSair and providing
vehicles to their customers.”
Providing its customers with convenient access to both air and
ground transportation is part of SATSair’s commitment to
creating a comprehensive personal transportation system.
“Most of our passengers are in businesses that demand a
great deal of travel,” said Quist. “For them, time is
money, and not having to wait in line at a commercial airline or
locate ground transportation once they arrive at their destination
makes it easier and less costly for them to do business, which is
important to us. We can even get them back home in the same
day.”
SATSair customers will also receive special discounted rental
rates and can reserve vehicles as they schedule their flights.
