PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY601900N/1505900W OR THE SOLDOTNA /OLT/ NDB/DME 174 DEGREE RADIAL AT 10.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO600900N/1503600W OR THE SOLDOTNA /OLT/ NDB/DME 133 DEGREE RADIAL AT 21.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO595200N/1511300W OR THE HOMER /HOM/ VOR/DME 14 DEGREE RADIAL AT 11.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO595500N/1513600W OR THE HOMER /HOM/ VOR/DME 317 DEGREE RADIAL AT 13.2NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIREFIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. ALASKA DIVISION OF FORESTRY, KENAI AREA FORESTRY TELEPHONE 907-260-4232 OR FREQ 122.575/CARIBOU FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ANCHORAGE ARTCC TELEPHONE 907-269-1103 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
