Boisture Resigns as President Of NetJets

Will Remain As Consultant

Fractional jet operator NetJets, the worldwide leader in private aviation solutions, announced Wednesday that Bill Boisture (right) has resigned as president of NetJets Aviation. Boisture, who has formed a consulting company, will be retained as a consultant to NetJets Inc., under a long-term agreement, and will support and assist the company on several strategic projects.

"Bill has made a strong mark on the NetJets operations," said Richard Santulli, chairman and CEO of NetJets. "His contributions have exceeded my expectations and, by retaining him as a consultant, we will continue to benefit from his management expertise and be in a position to apply his experience across all the NetJets companies."

Since arriving at NetJets in October 2003, Boisture has focused on high priority projects and processes at NetJets Aviation, the core of NetJets' business and its largest company.

During his tenure at NetJets Aviation, Boisture tackled several complex tasks with long-term impacts on the company. As was reported in Aero-News, he most recently completed the negotiations of five-year labor contracts with the company's pilots and flight attendants.

In addition, Boisture led changes that paved the way for operational improvements in planning, forecasting, scheduling, command and control, aircraft maintenance and management information systems. The changes have led to increased fleet availability, reduced operating costs and improved customer satisfaction.

"As a consultant to NetJets, I remain committed to the company's long-term success," said Boisture. "I look forward to continuing my association with this fine company, its employees and Owners."

NetJets Inc. provides private aviation solutions throughout the world. NetJets fractional aircraft ownership allows individuals and companies to buy a piece of a private business jet at a fraction of the cost of whole aircraft ownership, and guarantees availability 365 days a year with just a few hours' notice.
