Association on the Upswing Changes Up the Brass
The National Gay Pilot Association has announced the installment of their new Executive Director, Justin Ellixson-Andrews.
The group "embarked on a year-long national search to define and select the next era of leadership", surveying all 92 applicants for suitability. Ultimately, the NGPA found the next generation within their own ranks. The group has swelled to more than 4,600 members worldwide, helped along with more than 120 in-person events held each year.
Justin Ellixson-Andrews has been in the industry for years, starting off at JSX. While there, he helped the company receive a perfect score of 100% on the "HRC Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ equality" list. He now lives in Dallas, Texas, with his husband Kyle and dog Bernie.
The NGPA speaks highly of their new Executive Director.
