John Mactaggart, president and CEO of Field Aviation has appointed Tobin Shackelford to the position of Director of Special Mission USA, effective April 11, 2011.

Based in Seattle, WA, Shackelford will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that will increase the scope of Field Aviation's aircraft modification and conversion business; his primary focus will be governmental business within the United States.
