AVEMCO Eases Insurance Tasks

To many, dealing with insurance issues is a task akin to performing black magic... but in one case, it's just gotten a fair amount easier.

AVEMCO Insurance Company tells ANN that its customers are now able to pay their insurance premium online at the company's website. This is the latest in an ongoing series of improvements to Avemco's electronic commerce capabilities that allows customers to pay their premium at www.avemco.com at any time, day or night.

Besides the obvious convenience of this capability, annual studies have consistently shown that some claim denials occur due to the failure to pay premium on time. Jim Lauerman, Chief Underwriting Officer for Avemco states, "We believe that our efforts to make payment easier will help reduce or possibly eliminate the chance for claim denials due to payment issues."
