ANN Social Media Program (ANN-SMP) Expanded For Oshkosh 2019!

ANN Keeps Pushing Aviation Media (Kicking and Screaming) Further Into The 21st Century...

ANN is, again, radically updating its social media campaign for the upcoming 2019 Oshkosh AirVenture Fly-In. This is just the latest step in a series of massive upgrades we're making as Aero-News becomes the 'Aero-Verse.' 

This program will concentrate on the three most persuasive forms of social media outreach -- short succinct messaging, compelling high-resolution still photography, and carefully formatted HD video. Our staff of journalists will be beating up Wittman Field all week long looking for suitable subjects for this effort, and you’re welcome to help us make sure that YOU don't get left out.

While the program is still being designed, we're inviting all our friends, sponsors, and news/info partners to help us out with the following information and content:

1. Please ID your social media sites by name/ID so that we may reference/link or share them where necessary in news and features that may reference you. We are particularly interested in your YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram IDs... but PLEASE don’t send us passwords or other confidential info--we simply want to identify important, newsworthy companies and the sites they use to express their own social media content. If you are using a dedicated Hashtag for your company, products or programs this year, be sure to let us know what they are and how you’re using them.

2. For those with OSH19 news and announcements, please summarize, via short/succinct messaging, the most important aspects of YOUR news, new product info, news announcements, and press releases, so that they may be evaluated for inclusion in ANN's OSH19 ANN-SMP. 

3. Please send us photos, illustrations, logos or other artwork that may be of interest/value in our social media outreach.

4. Please send us your Oshkosh booth number, the name of your primary press contacts, primary personnel cell phone contact(s), and/or email contact(s) so that we may reach out to you for extra info/detail, if need be. 

5. The new program is being finalized now... if you have any suggestions, they are welcome, as we're looking for this to be the beginning of a whole new way to work such important special events and share them with the world... we assure you that your help and support of this program will benefit us all.
