OPERATIONS DURING 0700-1600 LOCAL IN THE TFR AREA ON VHF 134.9 OR
UHF 282.425 (BACKUP FREQUENCY 123.45) PRIOR TO ENTERING THE TFR
AIRSPACE. ALL EMERGENCY AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS, (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF
DOD/NATIONAL GUARD/COAST GUARD AIRCRAFT FLYING UNDER THE REQUIRED

WITH A DISCRETE CODE ASSIGNED BY AN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL (ATC)
FACILITY. AIRCRAFT MUST BE SQUAWKING THE DISCRETE CODE PRIOR TO
DEPARTURE AND AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE TFR. 2. ALL AIRCRAFT (WITH

AGRICULTURE/CROP DUSTING, ANIMAL POPULATION CONTROL FLIGHT
OPERATIONS, AND BANNER TOWING OPERATIONS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. 5. ALL
