Storm Aircraft Adds Southwest Regional Dealer-Distributor

Light Sport Flight LLC in Glendale AZ Now Represents Storm Aircraft

Storm Aircraft has added Light Sport flight LLC as their southwest regional distributor.  Light Sport Flight LLC, which has headquarters located on the west side of the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area, brings over twenty-five years experience in the light aircraft field providing sales, service and flight training to the region.  The company supports a full time Sport Plane Flight school.

Storm Rally

The Storm Aircraft product line currently includes two models, Storm Rally and Storm Century.  The Rally is a high-wing all-composite plane where the Century is a low-wing all-metal aircraft.  Both planes are manufactured in Italy and assembled here in the U.S.  The distributor also offers very-fast-build pre-assembled component kits.

The Storm Rally and Storm Century SLSAs are powered by the Rotax 912 UL-S engine with a Warp Drive 3-bladed, ground-adjustable propeller.  The planes cruise at 115 mph with a fuel consumption rate of approximately 5gph, providing an in-flight endurance of over five hours. Comfortable leather touch seats, fully finished interiors, and an oversize cabin capable of over 100 lbs of baggage behind the seats make the Storm line of aircraft excellent cross-country cruisers.

Storm Century

According to company officials, the aircraft comes with a standard package of flight and engine instrumentation, including Tru-trak solid state electric attitude indicator, ICOM Radio, Garmin transponder, intercom, and Garmin 396 GPS.  Other options are available, including a glass cockpit. Pricing for the standard aircraft starts at around $109,000.
