Let's face it, if you've gotten to that place in life where
there is a chance you might be buying into the Cessna Citation
experience, you really want it to be something special. And for
those just getting their spurs in the bizjet game, Cessna's
Citation Mustang has become THE entry-level jet program for those
with aspirations to get around in the flight levels.
The Citation gig is a heady one... and Cessna has built yup a
nearly legendary aura of support and value around these birds...
and while the Mustang may be the entry level, they've looked at
ways to raise the bar even for their littlest bizjet.
After the delivery of their 300th Mustang, Cessna decided to
commission a series of special edition Citation Mustangs...
available for just $75K more than the rest of the breed.
Externally; the High Sierra Edition features an exclusive
exterior paint scheme. The overall body color is Matterhorn White
with the underbody and engine nacelles in rich Sable Effect. The
'tasteful' accent stripes are painted in metallic Titanium and Dark
Saddle. The High Sierra mountain logo on each engine nacelle
distinguishes the aircraft at a glance, and the full High Sierra
Edition logo is placed to the right of the entry door. As an
option, the classic Mustang horse logo may be applied to the
tail.
Garmin's Synthetic Vision Technology has been made available as
standard equipment on the High Sierra Edition Mustang, while
Cessna's design team has developed three premium interior packages.
In addition to fresh patterns and textures, soft goods have been
upgraded to include premium leathers and hand-woven carpets. The
interior packages will be available only on High Sierra
Editions.
Better yet; the High Sierra birds include enrollment for two
years in Cessna's ProParts and ProTech programs. The first covers
the cost of both airframe and avionics parts, plus consumables. The
second is our comprehensive program covering the labor cost for
both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at factory-owned service
centers.
